Horrible front desk service. The lady always acts like its a hassle to just take a simple order and gets an attitude about looking up an account. She is a disgrace to customer service.
Who ever answers the phones at the front desk was extremely rude for no apparent reason when asking prices. i recomend getting all your tire business, service, and questions else where, where the employee/staff are a little more courteouse.
I got the same thing, a very rude and unhelpful lady answered for me also. She didn't want to tell me the price for the service I asked about and then hung up after I asked for the manager. I will forever and always go to Stuttgart from now on.
